Job Description

A civil based candidate responsible for the refurbishment of existing old buildings with new innovative and energy saving techniques, In addition to this skills, the candidate will have to be familiar with basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. Should have sound knowledge and experience on Health and Safety standards and strong skills in monitoring the workmanship and quality control of materials and finishing works.

Category II Vibration analyzer from Mobius or Vibration Institute with minimum of 5 years experience. Hands on experience with Emerson or SKF Vibration analyzers. Able to demonstrate a portfolio of examples of success. Experience of dynamic balancing and laser alignment of rotating machinery. Good knowledge of Lubrication technology.

Complete knowledge on boiler plant operation and maintenance / troubleshooting Awareness of boiler safety checks & inspections Awareness of Boiler water treatment requirements and controls. Knowledge on steam piping networks, Steam traps, Steam operated pumps. Knowledge of Boiler related preventive maintenance. Knowledge Health & Safety requirements.

RO/ETP experience Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering in a recognised University or Institute

Complete knowledge on Ammonia Refrigeration plant, HVAC operation and maintenance / troubleshooting Knowledge on Air handling systems, Ventilation, Cooling system design calculations. Knowledge on Freon chillers, Package AC units. Complete knowledge on HVAC operation and maintenance / troubleshooting Knowledge on Air handling systems, Ventilation, Cooling system design calculations. Should have education qualification from Air conditioning related institute Knowledge on Heat load calculations, Air quality requirements, Air exchanges, etc
