Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English,
  • Proven experience in sales,
  • Willing to move to Turkey,
  • If the candidate has a good command of German or French or Spanish, this is an advantage,
  • If the candidate has health tourism experience or knowledge, this is a great advantage,
  • University graduate or undergraduate,
  • Excellent strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills,
  • Self-motivated individual that is able to work towards and meet targets.
    • Job Description:
  • Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and inform them about products and services,
  • Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism,
  • Answer questions about products or the company,
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from Data management dept. on the Zoho CRM system
  • Prepare and share price quotations to patients for their medical packages,
  • Convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending on the interactions
