Registered Nurse Qualification: Education a) Graduate from the School of Nursing. b) For Eastern and Middle Eastern candidates Bachelor of Science in Nursing. c) Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, or related field from an accredited university required. d) Has or eligible to sit for the Saudi Council for Health Sciences Experience A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, with demonstrated expertise in clinical practice area required Responsibilities: ÔÇó Registered Nurses provide direct patient care by performing assessments, planning of care, implementation, and evaluation of a particular patient group in the clinic setting; medication administration including a process to verify, administer and document the medication correctly and safely based on medication order. ÔÇó All professional activities will be performed in collaboration with other members of the medical, nursing, and hospital/clinic management staff. ÔÇó Provide professional, competent, and culturally sensitive services to the patients and families of The City. ÔÇó Will also be assigned in patient with complex needs of Nursing care in the home. ÔÇó Will visit the patient with the team either with the following disciplines Doctor, physical therapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, and Home Health Care assistant, or alone. ÔÇó The registered Nurse together with the team will do home visit at night with the VIP patients, if requested ÔÇó Registered Nurse routine activities is to go with the team provide nursing services at the patient home 6-8 patients daily for 1 hour, each. ÔÇó Knowledgeable of the nursing procedures: o Wound care o NGT insertion o Tracheostomy care o Oxygen therapy o Foley catheter insertion o Intravenous infusion o Blood extraction o Wound culture ÔÇó May also be assigned to home caregiver assignment. ÔÇó Willing to stay at clientÔÇÖs homes for extended period of time under care giver program. Caregiver Qualification: 1. Education: 1. Diploma in Nursing 2. Graduate or College Level at least 2 years of Nursing or related Healthcare course. 3. Successful completion of Basic Life support for Healthcare Providers. 2. Experience: 2-4years experience preferred Responsibilities: Home Caregiver may be allocated to the following patient categories to perform basic health care and patient assistance duties for elderly patients, patients recovering from post-operative procedure, disabled adult/or child, patients with life threatening chronic illness, newborn baby. Responsible for patient care-related activities and to meet identified patient needs to achieve the goals of the treatment plan. Patient care activities include, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, toileting, checking blood glucose using glucometer and assistance in other activities of daily living. Demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge necessary for basic communication with patients. Will also assist the patient in the use of adaptive equipment where applicable. Patient care related activities should be recorded in the patient records depicted in the patientÔÇÖs chart and should be submitted monthly. Will assist in safely transporting patients. Additional responsibilities include equipment inventory and delivering of medical records, supplies for patient care, and other documentation required for the facilitation of patient care, working as special assignment according to the work need. And float to the inpatient unit for training and work as City needed. Willing to stay at clientsÔÇÖ homes for an extended period of time.
