  • 1. Must be a Bachelor or Associate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a minimum education in FSc
  • 2. Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience related to:
  • a. Technical
  • b. Mechanical
  • c. Electrical
  • d. Plumbing
  • Job Responsibilities
  • 1. Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks
  • 2. Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by cleaners
  • 3. Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized
  • 4. Act as a communication conduit between management and staff
  • 5. Gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage, etc.
