Demand letter provides an initial go ahead to Delta International Recruiting Agency for fulfilling the demand. Once the demand letter is provided to Delta International Recruiting Agency for providing the mentioned manpower along with Attorney letter from Employer, permission is requested from the protector of Emigrant & Overseas Employment Government of Pakistan to fulfill advertisement and other formalities. Rest the processes include Job Ad which is done through local advertisement agencies , depending upon the nature ,quantity and other factors ,job is advertised in all local reputed newspapers to collect the CV’s of willing candidates against the posting. Candidates screening is also vital in knowing that only genuine candidates are applying with solid academic background and those who aren’t involved in any kind of criminal or illegal activities in past. Delta International Recruiting Agency requests NADRA and HEC for documents verification and degrees verification.

Once the candidates are selected, every selected candidate undergoes strict medical examination from approved medical centers recognized by G A M C A (GCC Approved Medical Centers’ Association) .Note: Medical thru GAMCA is required only for Gulf Countries. Delta International Recruiting Agency provides visa stamping facility and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy / Consulate thru association’s office. After stamping visa, we submit passports, for registration with the Protector of Emigrants and Insurance. At last Delta International Recruiting Agency provides travel arrangement and manages to send the candidate to destination on very next available flights for earliest deployment.

Delta International Recruiting Agency follows the Eight Stages for International Recruitment and Development however the sequence of these Eight Stages may vary according to the circumstances.

Stage 1: Permission Request from the Protector Office:
After receiving the Demand letter along with Power of Attorney from Employer, permission is requested from the protector of Emigrant & Overseas Employment Government of Pakistan to fulfill advertisement and other formalities.

Stage 2: Job Advertisement
Advertisement using print media and Internet including job display on our Job portal.

Stage 3: Screening
Screening of applications received in response to advertisement.

Stage 4: Shortlisting & Documents Verification
Shortlisting, scrutinizing data and verification of candidate’s documents according to the skills, knowledge and aptitude desired for the job.

Stage 5: Test & Interviews
Test & Interviews are conducted with the representatives /delegations

Stage 6: Medical Examination: 

Every selected candidate undergoes strict medical examination from approved medical centers recognized by G A M C A (GCC Approved Medical Centers’ Association)

Stage 7: VISA Endorsement Process:
